At Bienestar Vitae we process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). Here's how and why.

The legal basis is the consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), collected via the acceptance checkbox in the forms, and, where applicable, the performance of a contract or the legitimate interest of the controller.
4. Data retention
Data will be kept while the relationship is maintained and deletion is not requested, and for the legally required periods.
5. Recipients
Data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required. Technology service providers (hosting and site management) may access it as data processors, with the guarantees required by the GDPR.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@bienestarvitae.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
