Whole-person wellbeing · companies & people
Recover wellbeing with method, not quick fixes.
A serious, human ecosystem of whole-person wellbeing: applied psychology, habits and support with our own method. For companies that truly care for their teams and for people who want to live and work better.
The starting point
Sustained stress, scattered habits, lost balance.
Wellbeing isn't fixed with motivational quotes. It's built by improving the conditions for living and working better: how you rest, how you relate, how you lead, how you decide. That's what we work on.
What Bienestar Vitae is
Not surface-level wellbeing. A method.
Bienestar Vitae is a whole-person wellbeing project created by a psychologist, consultant and author. It helps people and companies recover wellbeing, clarity, energy and direction through a practical method based on psychology, habits, behaviour change and ongoing support.
It brings together books, programmes, advisory work, company interventions, talks, retreats, content and an app in development. The core idea: wellbeing isn't just "feeling good", but building better conditions to live and work.
Two paths
Choose where to start
Wellbeing for companies
Talks, workshops, workplace wellbeing programmes, healthy leadership and organisational assessment. We work on the system that produces burnout, not just its symptoms.
