We often confuse wellbeing with a mood: being happy, relaxed, “at peace”. But that view leaves out the most important part. Real wellbeing isn’t just how you feel today; it’s the quality of the conditions you live and work under.
Conditions matter more than motivation
Motivation goes up and down. Conditions — how you rest, how you organise, how you relate, what burdens you carry — are what truly sustain your wellbeing over time. That’s why, in the Bienestar Vitae Method, we start by looking at those conditions before “cheering you up”.
Eight areas, one balance
Wellbeing isn’t one single thing. We work on it across eight areas — physical, mental, emotional, relational, work, digital, financial and purpose — because they influence one another. Poor rest erodes your clarity; unsustainable work erodes your relationships.
